note - 183 N. to 1431, turn left (West).
Drive 1/4 mile and look to the left for a
sign that reads “Hutch’s Body Shop”.
We are inside the XFC Training Center
which is Building C.

We had Monica Brant and Austin Fit Magazine out to XFC Training Center in December to take on a FullForceFitness MMA style workout!
The workout consisted of sprints, plyometric jumps, ring pull ups, knee smashes, burpees, overhead squats, abs, and the always entertaining, “cage crush”.
