
We had Monica Brant and Austin Fit Magazine out to XFC Training Center in December to take on a FullForceFitness MMA style workout!
The workout consisted of sprints, plyometric jumps, ring pull ups, knee smashes, burpees, overhead squats, abs, and the always entertaining, “cage crush”.
