Our philosophy at FullForceFitness is “Fitness With A Purpose.”
Our clients are typically working men and women with families, kids and other responsibilities.
And they take their fitness seriously - they want RESULTS!

Days: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday
We are going on our 6th year in business and have trained countless numbers of your friends, neighbors and coworkers.
Our goal is to provide you with a quick and efficient energy building, calorie burning workout in a supportive, encouraging atmosphere.
Our classes are filled with people who feel that anything is possible.
People who understand that staying strong and fit is not what you do but is who you are.
We feel that our boot camp experience has the potential to be life changing for you.
You have the potential to be transformed from the inside out which will set the stage for sustaining your best possible life.
Strong mind, strong body.
And we believe in challenging our minds and our bodies with FullForce Challenges every 8 weeks.
Every 8 weeks a new set of challenges await you.
These challenges will encourage you to go the distance, sustain your drive and motivation and continue down the path of life without limits.
Because if you’re not growing, you’re declining.
More than anything else your ability to create, sustain and renew motivation determines your success in fitness and in life.
Thus the challenges.
And we go at these challenges FullForce.
Because this is how we discover our full potential - mentally and physically.
There’s no sense of obligation and no sense of external pressure.
It ’s something that we get excited about, butterflies in the stomach excited.
Before joining us, take the time to truly decide what it is you desire.
If it’s just any old workout with mindless repping out and bad music then this is not for you.
If you desire to get into your all time best shape, stronger, leaner and surrounded by a super group of encouraging supportive people within an electric atmosphere then this class may be for you.

As you discover your inner athlete or rediscover that energetic youthful spirit that shouts “I can do anything!”, you will transform discipline into freedom and willpower into passion.
Policies
Sessions are 4 weeks long (there are 12 days in a session).
Missed classes cannot be made up without prior notice.
If you anticipate missing several days or more, please notify us via email at Scott@fullforcefitness.net or call 512.233.0756 and we will gladly give you credit towards future sessions.
We do not issue refunds but we will gladly credit missed classes (with advance notice) towards future sessions.
We want the boot camp experience to be a pleasant one for all so please communicate with us if you foresee attendance problems so we can achieve a win-win.
The only way to get results with this (or any fitness program) is to be consistent with attendance and give your best effort.
We only accept up to 50 participants per 4 week session.
After these spots are filled, you must get on our waiting list in order to be notified of an opening.
If you tried to register or sign up for our boot camp online and were unable to complete the sign up process then, chances are, we reached our 50 person maximum.
The next step is to get on our waiting list.

2010 Rates
We currently have two forms of registration.
1) Early Bird Registration (Save $25 off of the regular registration price)
2) Regular Registration
We announce Early Bird Registration through our email list.
If you are not on our email list, but want to be, simply send an email to Scott@fullforcefitness.net and put “add me to your email list” in the subject line of your email.
During our Early Bird Registration, you are able to register for the upcoming session, save $25 and reserve your spot.
By having an Early Bird Registration, we are able to determine how many people the session will bring, we are able to better plan and you are able to reserve your spot and save $25.
1 session is $150 (Regular registration price)
(Early Bird registration price is $125)
3 month registration is $375
6 month registration is $625
Punchcard is $150
(note - The punch card allows you to attend 12 classes over the course of 2 sessions. This is a popular choice for those who travel or whose schedule simply doesn’t permit them to attend each class)
note - 3 month and 6 month registration must be used in consecutive months.
